You will always be a bright bright light

a shooting-star in my personal sight...

In my heaven circling by

A blessing held up way high...

A fleeting light in our night sky

On a heavenly mish..

Though, we never got to meet

Yet we longingly wanted to reconnect...

So, why was it us you should select?

We are universal in this space..

Perhaps at a better time, and in another place...

We would have seen you're tiny face!

All said and done so quickly

and sublimely.

A being too perfect for this lifetime tree

The universe held you 

As It tried to meld me n you

The Universe saw all of everything

and commanded a choir angels to sing

They sung you back to home

back to the stars from where you roamed

Eternally grateful we release this...

Along with many questions Why?

Held in the bosom of eternity you are eternally mine

and though there are times I whinge and whine

I never wanted you to go

I wanted you to stay

to grow and to play

you are our Unborn

You remain tethered to our hearts forever ...

your tiny spirit heart a feather

Our Love was uttered and erred

Because it was you we dearly wanted

We light waxy weathered candles..

for you and for us

And we honor that decree

We simply must, We desire to see

A light speedy journey

Back home for you ..

And for eternity we will love you ..

And recognize you

Losing a child in the first trimester of life is the loss of a life no less. That time is rarely honored in our society at large today. It is still a time that is real though and this is an insight to how this feels.

I was apart of the IVF program for five years in the state of Queensland. I experienced the loss of many babies who were not yet formed past the 32 cell stage of life. This was a terrible time to transgress as a woman, not having the understanding of what IVF was and what it entailed by the rest of society at that time. The world was still unsure and the Jury was still out on this.

This was about one of those spirit's who had taken this journey only to be sent back quickly and as I was typing it out here I was seeing a very bright day and a bright light.

These experiences are interesting to explore many years after, especially when the experience still feels like yesterday.
