Oh Sister / My Sister ...

Staying true to my empathic state of vibration today I will stand motionless for a long time as the great spirit commands the symphony of my little sisters life and plays us back the music her soul emanated here on earth...

Her love and vibration have taken her now to a place where there is only pure light and pure love and these go hand in hand for eternity - Good bye Sue-Ellen... I can already hear your drums beating...

This is the song that Montana and I have played to the world for you Sue-Ellen and we will play it here forever for you!  My love of a little sister that really I never knew in the way we were both meant to feel!  I will go on fighting for the cause and I will stand next to you in the heavens and we will sing together in the future!

In ashes of despaire, though burnt, shall make thee live. Sir Philip Sidney ..From Arcadia or the Old Arcadia

We will try to have a fire tomorrow night in Port Macquarie.. I am not in my area down there though.    It might not be easy.  I need to smell smoke and have the fire energy burn the dross of this sadness away to the heavens.
The smoke will carry the prayers of us all up and out to the universe to speed the journey for Sue-Ellen back to the heavens from whence she first came. As above so below.

The love of fire and the meditation on the spiraling colours of flame are extremely powerful on the psyche and on activating the chakras.   I don't know which ones but I suspect the Head, the Throat and the Heart Chakra.  This is my instinctual feeling.

Fire is a phenomenon of the heat and light energy released during a chemical reaction, in particular a combustion reaction. Depending on the substances involved, and any impurities within, the color and intensity of the flames of fire will vary. It is one of the four classical elements in ancient Greek philosophy and science.

On Philip Sidney :  In the sweetly constituted mind of Sir Philip Sidney, it seems as if no ugly thought or unhand some meditation could find a harbour. He turned all that he touched into images of honour and virtue.

Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy.

Eskimo proverb..
Today my little sister Sue-Ellen Mary Fraser passed from this earth, she passed away.  My mother and her are together now and she is with her parents.  This is a very, very sad loss.
"Death will always be a sad time for us left behind because we are living in time and we are governed in time by time."  ~Mary-Ellen Peters.
I always loved that I had a sister who had a name so like mine, I found this more than comical.  I s felt from the time I found out I had a little sister [which was when I was quite old] with such a name,  that my mum may just have thought about me each time she called Sue-Ellen's name.  I really thought that this was pretty special and I asked my mum and she said she missed me so much and that funnily enough she did think of me every time.

I had only just found out my name was Mary-Ellen a couple of years earlier and I was beginning to place the members of my family who I had only just met and I was 18 years old.  I met my mum and and this new part of my family, It was amazing cause I had never laid eyes on them before.

To All of my family and to Sue-Ellen's other family I share your sadness and I feel this loss no matter how close a person is, we share the same cells in our bodies.  It isn't any fault of mine that our family situation is what it is.

I love all of creation and that includes people and most of all my family with whom we all share the same DNA and unique carbon atoms that make us who we are.

We come from a strong family and we should never lose sight of this. I know that our parents were born into the situations and the suffering they endured in their lives.  I also know that then in turn we as all of their children lived under a bondage from all of this legacy and you are now free of this back in your spirit form.

I feel very disconnected from knowing exactly how to feel and I must see Suey's Life as a true celebration no matter how sad this makes me feel.  She had an awesome spirit and she was a testament  to my mother and Ray (both deceased) who nursed her when she was not well when she was younger.

I am glad to know also that she was doing things that she loved when her passing came unexpected.  At this point I am not entirely sure of the medical circumstances in detail other than to say she had formed a clot and now she has gone.

Good bye my sister ... your spirit will live on for eternity in the stars.

Mid week Blues, yellows, greens, pinks

It is that time of the week to bring some colour into things and introduce some of the passion of my life into your life.  Why?  Well because to give knowledge or wisdom is a great and colourful gift and so I would like to give you all a great gift.

The Religious, Legal and Monetary systems all sprung from Rome and from very evil greedy Roman leaders.  The  "trust"  as we know it today was initiated by Pope Boniface IIIV in 1302.  They instituted trustees to look after your stuff while you fought their dirty wars for them.  Funny how some never ever got their property back. Not much has changed has it.  They created a "UNIM SANCTUM" ..  this means they have claimed you.  You the person are their property. They own you and they have you registered with a specific number.  They own me too.  I am not going to the next level though and I will decline the microchip thanks.

I really can't deal with this happening in my world where I live.   I am so over the wars of religion and greed.  I am sadly over it.  I say sadly as I have been hoodwinked for my entire life and that is sad.

Bring back the Hermetical Teachings of truth.  All of the most brilliant people who have walked this earth have been brought up on the Hermetica.  Why?  Because this is where they stole the supposed biblical teachings from.  So you see it is a plagiarized as it  was already written and the Romans just stole it for their use to use it against people for their joy and greed.

It occurred to me today because I love the study of words that the very word  Monarch could  well convey this well hidden meaning.( archetype of money)  The Monarchy are also subservient to the Vatican and its arms reaching out everywhere across the world as we know it.   The Original Fiscal  control was instigated by these greedy  co-horts of evil.

The western court systems can also be traced back to the Vatican.  This is not justice. This is a joke.  This is all a process and it is rigged and not cost effective.   They say a fool represents himself.  They said this why?  Because they wanted you to think that you needed representation similar to the catholic priest representing you to the Pope and then to God .   This is why it is similar.  The Catholic religion says you  need representation to talk to God and they maintain the only person who can intercede to God is the Pope. This is the similarity  of the courts and judicial system.  You need a lawyer who can intercede to the Judge or Magistrate.  The world Magistrate comes from the Latin word Magistra which is Teacher.  Is not the minister at the local church also called a teacher.

All of this is very hard to take.  I want to tell them to get out of town because as a nation and planet we allow Catholicism to  co-exist with us in this educated day and age.  Well you are not so educated then are you?  I f you believe in the Holy Catholic Church and its false trinity of lies and deception you are the fool.  It is indeed the great prostitute.

Have a nice day and if possible  stay the heck well away from CATHOLICS... This will give you a longer life.

Deadly mistakes

Life is about choices.  Good choices and bad choices.  Choose well my friend.  Some are obvious mistakes.  Choose to take some responsibility for yourself.

I think I want to save some canned goods and UHT Milk and matches and cooking oil. I have already built a library of true knowledge in books during my entire life. I have already collected a huge amount of  seeds.

Look after yourself from here on in because the governments of this world have come to the end of this and their time is all but over.  Support local groups like  The Bello Food Box and the Garden on the hill.  Learn how to skin animals.  Get something to purify water that requires zero power ie. a personal water distilling device.  Water which is clean is very important to your on going health.  Devise something to protect you from the elements of war.  Store some ammunition if you have weapons or gather some make do weapons and keep all of your shovels.  You will need them to bury bodies and to dig to grow more food.

Get in touch with the sun and the suns energy both for yourself and your survival.  This is a must as the sun has been made into a big boogy man and the sun is God.  The sun is creation because without it we would all not exist.  So you work that one out for yourself.  I will help if you ask me.

Don't lose sight of your sense of humor in all of this.  Humor is the best medicine.  If you have a good belly laugh from reading this, then it won't have been written in vain.  Laughter is the best stuff and it raises the levels of chemicals in the body that are required for optimized health.

"Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, just as it is the spirit of a spiritless situation. It is the opium of the people." Karl Marx

'Religious distress is at the same time the expression of real distress and the protest against real distress. Religion is the sigh of the oppressed creature, the heart of a heartless world, just as it is the spirit of a spiritless situation. It is the opium of the people. The abolition of religion as the illusory happiness of the people is required for their real happiness. The demand to give up the illusion about its condition is the demand to give up a condition which needs illusions' - Karl Marx
All the roads lead back to Rome.  In the case of Christianity this is true.  They all lead back to the Vatican and the evil greedy ways of the Papal system.

This is dead in the water now..  It is now seen as the biggest hoodwink in the modern age.  The dishonesty of this in its entirety is what Karl Marx said when he said that Religion =  It is the opium of the people.

Call out  the true evil.  Bring this out into the light.   Don't sit like a mouse hiding evil and evil people and their evil ways of manipulation of the masses.  Just them fooling you with this is manipulation of a single person.   So it is still a serious manipulation as you are human and important.  They make a habit out of telling you that you are evil and making you feel guilty and that if you accept this indoctrination then you are somehow free of anything bad you have ever committed.

Some of the most evil blood thirsty people in this world align themselves with Christianity and the doctrines of apathy it carries with it.  Unless you are prepared to bring the darkness of this world into the light you are continuing that same catholic evil.

The corporation of religion has stolen our sovereignty and our divinity and our power for over two thousand years.  Rolling this out wholesale against the entirety of humanity was a well thought of scam by the Romans.  They killed many in the name of God.  They are evil.

The church has a few great sayings that are entirely humorous.  Saying we should not judge others and that we should not think for ourselves and calling this  "judgementality" is the true evil.  It is the epitome of evil because then we are not using our proper discernment.   If we don't discern  then we are not human.   It is that simple!

We are being used and abused and we sit there and take it  and don't take any notice how much this is actually hurting the world we live in. Proof we have lost our creation connection.  If we were still connected this would not sit right with you.   It is itself evil.

They gave you a  BIBLE .. a well written allegorical.  An allegorical with half of the story missing.  The emperor at the time deeming which books to use to be able to hood wink the masses.  Any mention of the original power in its original form has been doctored and a story manufactured instead.  Where are the Solgeggio sounds of creation  and true miracles which we need to listen to.  The church took them away from you.    they the church enmasse don't adhere to such rubbish.  This is what was said to me by the church.  I propose this to be evil.

On a daily basis to live and exist in this dangerous beautiful world of cliffs, deep holes, rips, robbers and thieves and sexually depraved people and survive then I have to judge several hundred or more times a day to keep myself safe in this quite dangerous world.  I discern for example, that it may be dangerous to walk out in an open clearing during a fierce electrical storm.   I  therefore make a judgement that my body is safer where it is.  I get an inkling something is going to happen, this is not evil this is my instinct, it is the very thing creation created.

You tell me how or why this skill ,can this be judged as evil?  It is a natural response put their by creation itself to take care of yourself by you.

To take care of oneself entirely  entails not  being used and abused by power mongers masquerading as religion lulling everyone they indoctrinate into a false sense of reality.  They do this smiling at you  and taking 10% of your hard earned on top of the evil catholic government already taking their share for doing virtually nothing and they say this is love.

So if you read this and you call yourself Christian and you tithe, where is your money going?  To pay some one to tell you that you are evil simply because you have a mind of your own, to drag you away from your true potential that you have been born to use, yes this is evil.  To allow someone to continue to do this to another is just plain stupidity, especially if this is continued once the light has been turned on and the people are in receipt of the truth.

As always so it will continue and the true knowledge will eventually float to the top.  As above so below.   It is floating so much on the top now in plain sight.  This has these people running and ducking and weaving  like headless chickens in this direction and then that and all completely lost.   This was  purposeful from the beginning.  The whole thing of spirituality has been turned into a business both inside and outside the church.

There are starving children everywhere in this world both in our first world countries and the third world countries.   Manipulating  their culture out of existence is like taking away an animals habitat and food source.   I deem this the true evil.  Feed these poor people from the rich annals of your Vatican. If we don't demand this of the evil catholic religions then we are not good people either.   We have turned a blind eye to evil.

Give the worlds starving  real help.  Stop dressing it up in yesterdays worn out doctrines.

So what is the church bank account for then? To pay the priest and to buy plane tickets to tropical countries in the name of leading people to a false Christ.  Why?   What for?  To spread more evil indoctrination and leave more kids in the same street as the church starving and hungry.  I simply do not understand this.  It is far from being humble.  It is sick and it is a dead principal.

These so called christian leaders  are passed over by the law for their abominations and the flaunting they do, why?   Was it because of a secret handshake or a scratch of the nose?  The legal system is rife with this stuff and its insidious in its nature.

Get proactive and do  something about this in your local church today or shut the hell up. While you are shutting up also  take your doctrine of lies and leave.  Leave our beautiful planet you have killed in the name of your selfish greedy  cruel religion.

Religion today will still tell you that if you hug a tree you are evil..  What sort of nonsense is that when they care even less about human beings.  The true evil is taking someones culture away from them and replacing it with made up lies.  That is genocide.

Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels.

The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do. Steve Jobs

To LOVE  is to give life..
I also know that if you want something done then you need to ask a busy person as somehow these are the people who get the most done.

“Whatever life takes away from you, let it go.” Miguel Ruiz

“If you let go a little, you will have a little peace. If you let go a lot, you will have a lot of peace.”
There will never be a time when life is simple. There will always be time to practice accepting that. Every moment is a chance to let go and feel peaceful. Ajahn Chah

Let Go Of Frustration with Yourself/Your Life

1. Learn a new skill instead of dwelling on the skills you never mastered.
2. Change your perception—see the root cause as a blessing in disguise.
3. Cry it out. According to Dr. William Frey II, PH.D., biochemist at the Ramset Medical Centre in Minneapolis crying away your negative feelings releases harmful chemicals that build up in your body due to stress.
4. Channel your discontent into an immediate positive action—make some calls about new job opportunities, or walk to the community centre to volunteer.
5. Use meditation or yoga to bring you into the present moment (instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.)
6. Make a list of your accomplishments—even the small ones— and add to it daily. You’ll have to let go of a little discontentment to make space for this self satisfaction.
7. Visualise a box in your head labelled “Expectations.” Whenever you start dwelling on how things should be or should have been, mentally shelve the thoughts in this box.
8. Engage in a physical activity. Exercise decreases stress hormones and increases endorphins, chemicals that improve your state of mind.
9. Focus all your energy on something you can actually control, instead of dwelling on things you can’t.
10. Express your feelings through a creative outlet, like blogging or painting. Add this to your to-do list and cross it off when you’re done. This will be a visual reminder that you have actively chosen to release these feelings.
Let go of Anger and Bitterness
11. Feel it fully. If you stifle your feelings, they may leak out and affect everyone around you—not just the person who inspired your anger. Before you can let go of any emotion you have to feel it fully.
12. Give yourself a rant window. Let yourself vent for a day before confronting the person who troubled you. This may diffuse the hostility and give you time to plan a rational confrontation.
13. Remind yourself that anger hurts you more than the person who upset you, and visualise it melting away as an act of kindness to yourself.
14. If possible, express your anger to the person who offended you. Communicating how you feel may help you move on. Keep in mind that you can’t control how to offender responds; you can only control how clearly and kindly you express yourself.
15. Take responsibility. Many times when you’re angry, you focus on what someone else did that was wrong—which essentially gives away your power. When you focus on what you could have done better, you often feel empowered and less bitter.
16. Put yourself in the offender’s shoes. We all make mistakes; and odds are you could have easily slipped up just like your husband, father, or friend did. Compassion dissolves anger.
17. Metaphorically throw it away; i.e., jog with a backpack full of tennis balls. After you’ve built up a bit of rush, toss the balls one by one, labelling each as a part of your anger. (You’ll need to retrieve these—litter angers the earth!)
18. Use a stress ball, and express your anger physically and vocally when you use it. Make a scrunched up face or grunt. You may feel silly, but this allows you to actually express what you’re feeling inside.
19. Wear a rubber band on your wrist, and gently flick it when you start obsessing on angry thoughts. This trains your mind to associate that type of persistent negativity with something unpleasant.
20. Remind yourself these are your only three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it. These acts create happiness; holding onto bitterness never does.
Let Go Of Past Relationships
21. Identify what the experience taught you to help develop a sense of closure.
22. Write everything you want to express in a letter. Even if you choose not to send it, clarifying your feelings will help you come to terms with reality as it is now.
23. Remember both the good and the bad. Even if appears this way now, the past was not perfect. Acknowledging this may minimise your sense of loss. As Laura Oliver says, “It’s easier to let go of a human than a hero.”
24. UN-romanticise the way you view love. Of course you’ll feel devastated if you believe you lost your soul mate. If you think you can find a love that amazing or better again it will be easier to move on.
25. Visualise an empowered single you—the person you were before meeting your last love. That person was pretty awesome, and now you have the chance to be him or her again.
26. Create a space that reflects your present reality. Take down his pictures; delete her emails from your saved folder.
27. Reward yourself for small acts of acceptance. Get a facial after you delete his number from your phone, or head out with friends after putting all her things in a box.
28. Hang this statement somewhere you can see it. “Loving myself means letting go.”
29. Replace your emotional thoughts with facts. When you think, “I’ll never feel loved again!” don’t resist that feeling. Instead, move on to another thought, like “I learned a new song for karaoke tonight.”
30. Use the silly voice technique. According to Russ Harris, author of The Happiness Trap, swapping the voice in your head with a cartoon voice will help take back power from the troubling thought.
Let Go Of Stress
31. Use a deep breathing technique, like ujayii, to soothe yourself and seep into the present moment.
32. Immerse yourself in a group activity. Enjoying the people in your life may help put your problems in perspective.
33. Consider this quotation by Eckhart Tolle: “Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose.” Questioning how your stress serves you may help you let it go.
34. Metaphorically release it. Write down all your stresses and toss the paper into your fireplace.
35. Replace your thoughts. Notice when you begin thinking about something that stresses you so you can shift your thought process to something more pleasant—like your passion for your hobby.
36. Take a sauna break. Studies reveal that people who go to sauna at least twice a week for 10-30 minutes are less stressed after work than others with similar jobs who don’t.
37. Imagine your life 10 years from now. Then look 20 years into the future, and then 30. Realise that many of the things you’re worrying about don’t really matter in the grand scheme of things.
38. Organise your desk. According to Georgia Witkin, assistant director of psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, completing a small task increases your sense of control and decreases your stress level.
39. Use it up. Make two lists: one with the root causes of your stress, and one with actions to address them. As you complete these tasks, visualise yourself utilising and depleting your “stress supply.”
40. Laugh it out. Research shows that laughter soothes tension, improves your immune system, and even eases pain. If you can’t relax for long, start with just ten minutes watching a funny video on You Tube.

Follow the Sun

“For light I go directly to the Source of light, not to any of the reflections.”
A peace pilgrims quote.

BYRON BAY, AUSTRALIA - APRIL 22: Xavier Rudd ...

http://thinkexist.com/quotes/peace_pilgrim/

http://www.xavierrudd.com/

Follow the sun is something I say often.  I was most pleased when Xavier Rudd released his album called Follow the sun.
The sun is there for our health and it has been given the biggest baddest rap in all of modern history and I really feel like I am here to tell anyone who will listen to go and look at the sun at dawn for a few seconds and see if this helps.
Solace (Xavier Rudd album)Solace (Xavier Rudd album) (Photo credit: Wikipedia)Masterfully delicate,
Follow The Sun is the essence of Xavier Rudd's spiritual connection to this world: his humble understanding that everything was here before us and will remain long after we are gone, and that every day is a new gift to cherish and to respect.

As a song-writer, Xavier Rudd has always been able to place complex ideas into heartfelt words with a universal simplicity. Having covered vast musical ground with his previous albums, Follow The Sun is the familiar sound of Rudd's earlier work as an ambidextrous solo artist. His voice, his guitar and his message; carried along with gentle rhythms and musical textures.

Beautifully organic and understated, Rudd's delivery of Follow The Sun is a reiteration of the song's theme that no matter what our religion or our blood lines are in this world, taking a moment or a breath, to respect and acknowledge the flow of energy around us, is vital nourishment for our own souls.

Follow The Sun invites us to leave our own distractions – the congestion of thoughts that keep us locked in our minds every waking minute – and to not let each day pass us by. To take notice and be thankful of the beauty of our great mother and our connection to her. That the most overlooked of things – each day's sun and moon, the winds and the tides, the creatures that fill our skies and oceans... that these things are the truth. They are conduits of an ever-flowing energy that society teaches us as humans to disconnect from, when in fact they are the things we need to be connected to the most

Stop jumping to conclusions.

There are two common ways this habit increases people’s difficulties.

First, they assume that they know what is going to happen, so they stop paying attention and act on their assumption instead. Most of what they assume is wrong.

The second aspect of this habit is playing the mind-reader and assuming you know why people do what they do or what they’re thinking.

Wrong again, big time. More relationships are destroyed by this particular kind of stupidity than by any other.  Adrian Savage

THE FOUR AGREEMENTS - Inspired by Toltek wisdom

AGREEMENT ONE
Be impeccable with your word - Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.
AGREEMENT TWO

Don’t take anything personally
- Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
AGREEMENT THREE

Don’t make assumptions
- Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.
AGREEMENT FOUR

Always do your best
- Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you're healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

Above is a summary from the beautiful piece of work by Don Miguel Ruiz - "The four Agreements"

The third agreement was not followed in my case and when some people assumed some stuff they caused a lot of trouble. That person was Paul Rogers of Bellingen.  He contacted my son after assuming something very bad and then took this on as truth.  I wish he had consulted with me instead of spreading the vicious lies that he did and to my son.  Any way the third agreement would have helped me if he had understood this principal.  He has such a NEW AGE mother who perhaps has spoken herself of Toltek wisdom.  He would not have listened.  He was a too clever he thought.  Well not clever enough as the end of it is drawing to a close.  I hope for him that the creation deals with him accordingly and that is according to his vibration..  His vibration is now black and it will attract death.

The Four Agreements was published in 1997.  The Four Agreements is a life-changing book, whose ideas come from the ancient Toltec wisdom of the native people of Southern Mexico.

The Toltec were 'people of knowledge' - scientists and artists who created a society to explore and conserve the traditional spiritual knowledge and practices of their ancestors. The Toltec viewed science and spirit as part of the same entity, believing that all energy - material or ethereal - is derived from and governed by the universe.

Don Miguel Ruiz, born and raised in rural Mexico, was brought up to follow his family's Toltec ways by his mother, a Toltec faith healer, and grandfather, a Toltec 'nagual', a shaman. Despite this, Don Miguel decided to pursue a conventional education, which led him to qualify and practice for several years as a surgeon.

Following a car crash, Don Miguel Ruiz reverted to his Toltec roots during the late 1970's, first studying and learning in depth the Toltec ways, and then healing, teaching, lecturing and writing during the 1980's and 90's, when he wrote:

The Four Agreements  (1997),
The Mastery of Love (1999),
The Four Agreements Companion Book (2000),
 Prayers (2001).

Don Miguel Ruiz survived a serious heart attack 2002, since when his teachings have been largely channelled through seminars and classes run by his followers, notably his sons Don Jose Luis and Don Miguel Ruiz Junior.

The simple ideas of The Four Agreements provide an inspirational code for life; a personal development model, and a template for personal development, behaviour, communications and relationships.

Living ....

Living from the soul’s perspective, of course,
is only achievable
by Being in the Moment.
An image Rosie took on her journey
Being in the Moment is really only achievable
by not having baggage with you in the Moment.
Not having baggage in the Moment is only achievable
by becoming conscious of your baggage.
Becoming conscious of what’s going on in the moment is only possible if you’re willing to break habits.
Breaking habits is only possible if you’re willing to confront the biology that says, “Change is too scary.”
Confronting the biology is only possible if you have courage.
So it starts with the courage to say, “Life can be different.”
Once you can say that, then you confront the biology,
you become conscious,
you start seeing where your baggage is,
you release your baggage,
you are in the moment.
And because by then your vibration is so high,
the Moment allows you access to your soul,
to the Akashic Records,
and to a completely different way of living which is:
Being in the body, but living from your soul’s perspective.
Elohim - Creator of the Universe
I found this piece of writing because of  my niece Leanne... She has a good good  friend 'Jane'.  I found this on  Jane's facebook page.  It touched my heart.  It must have or I wouldn't have put it here in my blog.  I have used Rosie's image of the spirit hand on the rock.  It depicts for me original man.  Man with out all of this stuff we are made to be part of when we know that in our spirit it is wrong.

You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself. Alan Alda

Self Examination ...

Yes  it is good to reflect on what you have achieved over the day the week or the year or even I suppose over your life.  However this can be a little daunting and probably not a happy walk for a lot of us.

When I think about this rationally, I am quite pleased in fact about the results of my achievements.  But when I put this into an emotional light I am saddened greatly because I know that I am so lost when it comes to emotions.  I well up at the slightest mention of a sad tale.  I cannot listen to songs.  I cannot smell certain things as I will erupt into tears as soon as  the perfume or smell reaches my nose and my olfactory system.

I  take a long look quite often and some would say too often.  I have a long life of sleeping very very little and so this constitutes the person to be very different to someone who for instance feels like their throat is cut if they do not get ten hours plus.  I see many things those people do not see.  They never see dawn perhaps.  Sad that they just accept the sun comes up each day and don't go check on this.

Life is so bad and yet it is so good.  Life has this appearance of looking ok.  We all know there are very bad things coming at our planet and that this will all take place very soon indeed.  Draw close to your loved ones and save your seeds.

It isn’t that a warrior learns shamanism as time goes by....

“ Rather, what he learns as time goes by is to save energy. This energy will enable him to handle some of the energy fields which are ordinarily inaccessible to him. Shamanism is a state of awareness, the ability to use energy fields that are not employed in perceiving the everyday-life world that we know.”
– Carlos Castaneda

Everyday is a new day and an opportunity to learn more about the planet and the universe in which I inhabit as a human being.  I am in love with the ground I walk on and I feel God when I walk barefooted on this earth. I feel my body tingle with excitement when I stare into the dawning sun.  I stand with my heart hopeful and with reverence of the power before me.  With out this light we would surely die.

The source of all light is in the eye. If there were no eyes in this world the sun would not be light.

"YOU evoke light out of the universe. In the same way, YOU, by virtue of having a soft skin, evoke hardness out of wood. Wood is only hard in relation to a soft skin. It's your ear drum that evokes noise out of the air. YOU, by being this organism call into being the whole universe of light and color and hardness and heaviness and everything."  ALAN WATTS

It is beautiful to stand on the edge of the ocean and feel the power of heaven as the water washes over your toes.  The tides are governed by the heavens / the moon and the stars and this energy is in the oceans of the planet.

"You never forget who you really are... no matter how many nights you stay awake trying to,"

This is for my niece Leanne who is experiencing severe back pain...

The remarkable colours of the new day / Urunga at Dawn.

The pain of pain itself can  be unbearable.  To load someone who is so vulnerable on to antidepressants is ludicrous when they continually say that it is the pain and not being able to work.  The country has fallen down a long way in helping its society and its people's.  I do not trust this at all and there is nothing wrong with such a distrust.

These people do not care anymore.  You are now a number a case a stroke on their payslip sheet.  You are a cash cow of this society if you get unwell and fall prey to the many sheisters out there ready to use you up like there is no tomorrow.

How dare they operate on my niece before they even attempt traction.  Let alone give her the option to try traction first.  Then operate and abandon her when she is in further more severe pain.

The country needs to sit down and take a long long look at itself.  The place needs a good tidy up.

Not getting carried away...

When you keep your calm; you will not be carried away by your emotions and the opinions of the majority. An advertisement says: "You must buy that", and then everybody goes out to buy it. When someone says: "that man needs to be beaten", then people can be carried away by the emotions of the majority.
Thich Nhat Hanh

The beauty of not getting carried away is brought home by the beauty of nature and her rivers which carry the water of the planet like the life blood.

The Sunrise Ceremonies are very special.

This begins before there is any light at all when the sky is jet black. When the sun rises into the sky this is the yellow circle.  This turns the sky red. This is why the Aboriginal flag is half red, half black with a yellow circle in the middle.

At sunrise, I meditate and ask the Spirit for understanding and direction for my life and the lives of those around me. My entire body tingles with energy and I cry sometimes because it feels so nice.

I know this is an ancient ceremony that has been around as long as man has inhabited this earth.  I feel so connected to this power and it helps me to stay healthy and to feel a connection to the great spirit, the source of all things in the entire universe

The aboriginal tribes are connected with their local landscape in a way that perhaps no other race of recent times is. The landscape is almost an externalisation of the individual’s inner world. Each tribe had a traditional area of the land which was theirs alone, and it was believed that in the Dreamtime the ancestors shaped the flat landscape into its present features. Each feature was in some way an act of the ancestors, and therefore the tribe. Like many tribal peoples, the Australian native people were deeply dependent upon their beliefs, the landscape and their inner life for their identity and strength. This makes them vulnerable to anything which disrupts their beliefs, although, apart from such vulnerability, they have a greater psychic sense of wholeness and identity with their tribe and environment than is common in Western individuals.

The honour is with the woman and their Moccasin tracks.

The honor of the people lies in the moccasin tracks of the woman. Walk the good road.... Be dutiful, respectful, gentle, and modest my daughter... Be strong with the warm, strong heart of the earth. No people goes down until their women are weak and dishonored, or dead upon the ground. Be strong and sing the strength of the Great Powers within you, all around you."

Village Wise Man, SIOUX

The fire hose hoists
For my sisters: There is much esteem given to all of us  by the spirits of our elders because we are woman.  For being created woman is so different to the creation of men.  Men do not give birth.  It is this new life aspect and the ability to replace ourselves that do make us just so different to men.

We as woman rely heavily on our feelings.  Sometimes we call this the psychic ability of womanhood.  They say this comes from just being a mother.  I am not sure of this,  I think that woman are wired so different to men.  They are hard wired emotionally to be able to withstand the greatest tragedies life can hoist at them and still survive to feed the other children all while nursing much sadness inside the tiny life of one mother

My body is alive with feelings.  When my mind has had enough and it is close to snapping, the other side of this coin is that I am operating in life then on autopilot.  This is a self protective measure to alleviate the physical stress of immense sadness and loss.  Something that woman for time immemorial have had to deal with as they have emotionally been placed in the firing line and sometimes have lost even the very children they carried in their bellies for nine months.  This is what will toughen a person up.  Loss always toughens everyone.  This  type of loss makes our hearts a little bitter and sad.  We have to get tough because we are going to lose at some time. Sometimes this toughening is a little premature and is a bodily response to severe sadness

When there is no honor bestowed on the woman for the gallant effort of giving birth then there is a serious fault line forming emotionally.

When all the conditions are favorable this fault line can be the factor that blows everything to pieces.  It is left unattended and ignored and this can be like pouring petrol on a fire.  Kaboom and everything  blows up again.  The woman can be blamed for being too emotional.  I would like to know who made these so called rules of what is right and good and considered acceptable.  I often wonder was it in fact a man.

When a relationship ends, What hurts more is not the end of it, but the way we have to behave as strangers with persons whom we once thought we can't live without!

The Pilot house side gate.
I was half asleep last night when I started to think about what would be on the agenda today, and I had no idea of what would become of me.  But I was awoken by a very loud noise at approximately 1.30am and then Montana called out immediately as she had heard another before this.  I woke Brice as I usually do but he had been dreaming perhaps and he had not been asleep long enough and he was fully peeved and then one thing led to another and I found that I was running again.

Running is something I am compelled to do when the feeling inside becomes too uncomfortable.  I actually try to run away from it.  I usually do not prepare myself for these so called midnight marathon events and end up a long way from the house with no footwear or dressed inadequately.    I am usually found in a state of absolute confusion and with my face swollen from tears and excess emotion.  The emotion is always fueled by the loss of my children.  The situation has not changed and now it is seriously affecting my emotional health.

I am in danger seriously when this happens, I could be assaulted  or worse.  I am defenseless against the elements or the people.  I am however strangely super strong in these events.  It must be because when I get back my feet are sometimes bleeding.  I never felt a thing while it was happening.  I do not know what will become of me because of this.  I am not sure I am safe to tell any medical people this happens in the middle of the nights this way.  I am afraid they will make me take medicine that I do not want to take.

Medicine can not replace the feelings I am supposed to have inside.  I have the feelings that I do because of these serious abandonment issues from my early life and the trauma of the abandonment of my children is making me re-live this same abandonment trauma over and over and over.  I am in a state of absolute confusion and I am dying because of this unending frustration and the stark sadness of my broken heart.

I really do not know what to do.  Will this will not go away?  The children refuse to see sense with that or even re visit this as an issue so that it can be cleared up.    This is seriously affecting my relationships now with all people and I will have a difficult time the future if I am thwarted from being able to tell get the real truth out there to balance the lies that has been told by the people who have an interest in purporting such a thing.  They are not truths but useless exaggerations.   They are fanciful stories that are not true so much of what they have been told is lies!   I understand this as this is exactly what I went through with my own mother and my abandonment from her when I was four months old.

They say it is Easter ...

They say  it is Easter ...
What do you do to celebrate this time of the year?

How other the other people's of this Earth see this holiday has always been a source of interest and amusement to me.   I love to ask the enlightened Christians .. "Why didn't they at least change the name from the Pagan word of Ishtar" or Ostara (saxon)?  and " Are you ok with the linking of Christ's death to this said Pagan festivities"?   I am usually met with a blank stare and then some drivel about Jesus was killed on the cross for our sins. No history lesson about this Nicean council. Just stories of Jesus.  For me I feel in my spirit there is more.  I cannot deny this.

My representation of a cross or a tree.. the Jews would have liked this one.
Well this only solicits another negative response from me. I do not want to be bound to this type of hideous dealings with enlightenment and love.  Killing someone and then celebrating this is in line with this polluted word ( bible with half missing) that my so called Christian brothers and sisters celebrate.  Strangeness and falsity would prevail in these last day's it was prophesied.  Well strange is an understatement.

There was a change in how things were done and it was law brought down upon all of us by the Early Roman Catholic church.    After the Council of Nicea convening in the year 300 something,  we now have the celebration of Easter!

It's bizarre this Easter stuff and this is the celebration of hanging someone on a tree or a cross however you want to say it so don't forget that macabre little act in history.  Don't forget to eat chocolate to remember this fact.

Oh dear, this doesn't hold much water with me.  I am afraid there have been way too many lies to even believe the early church cared.  They didn't care.  They were the instigators of greed and the love of money and this is why history is manipulated this way.

They made a conscience decision to pull the wool over everyone's eyes after putting together the said Bible... which is MISSING too many books to make it complete and if and when you read this you will see the holes as I did.

All this did was make me look harder as I am not fooled easily by this type of  fanciful story.  I am more easily taken in by my peers in this life here and now.   I think this is the reason I understand this.  If people can be fooled today, they most definitely could be fooled back in those early and ancient times by the same greed and corrupt types of people.  They don't disappear..... they have children and multiply their evil creed!
This change has been a hideous and evil dysfunction of our entire human society for over 2000 years.  That is a long time to live a lie.  This lie is the underlying reason our Earth is dying in my opinion.  This greed they fostered out of this so called arrangement of Religion is behind the greed of this earth.

The reason that the scriptures dealing with our true connection to God had been left out of this so called Bible.  I love God, Please do not mistake this fact.  I hate organised religion and all of its false teachings and its lies it continues to foster!

I keep saying this doesn't work for me and  I think I like the original meaning. I love who Jesus the person was but I am just not sure of how they (early churches in Rome)  detailed it out. There are many holes and much is lost of the original parchments.  I know that Emperor Constantine was a control freak and whence the time comes for me to journey into the next world, I intend to ask: "Why did you manipulate humanity for an eternity with this crap".

Mercurian

Because today is a full moon and the moon is a Libra moon, I decided to balance this and throw up my natal chart.  When I was born on the 2nd of June 1959 in Warwick Qld  / The planets were like this and funnily enough I have both Mercury and the Sun in Gemini on the day of my birth.  Mercury is the ruling planet of Gemini.  Therefore it plays a huge role in how my act is played out on the stage of life and where my strengths and weaknesses are and where I am most appreciated and what I am most suited to in my life's work.

I would say that if you read this, you will know immediately that my natal chart is pretty spot on in the interpretation of the chart itself!  It was interesting to me.  I am going to read and do Montana's now and see just how alike we really are.

If your interested in doing you're own Natal Chart like the one above, please go to this website and just simply follow the prompts to the natal chart calculator.

Mercury in Gemini - The Gemini Mercury Sign

Mercury 9°29' Gemini

 Mercury Aspects
Sun conjunction Mercury orb +1°20'
Mercury sextile Uranus orb +3°32'
Mercury square Pluto orb -7°43'

Sun 10°50' Gemini
Sun Aspects
Sun conjunction Mercury orb +1°20'
Sun sextile Uranus orb +2°11'

On the day and at the time of my birth, the Moon was in the sign of Aries. My imagination is lively and fantastic and brings about periods of enthusiasm during which I am driven by my sudden impulses. My sensitivity lives on thrills that I want to experience in the instant… till exhaustion. My spontaneity is coupled with some instability: Mood swings and whimsical behaviours are the dangers to which my excitability exposes me to. I often show a demeanour that is full of contrasts, especially in my intimate life.  One never gets bored with me, even on a daily basis.

Isn’t real rest about being touched and stimulated, over and over again?  Boredom is what I dread most.
Therefore, it is easy for me to adjust to precarious life rhythms and to quickly achieve balance, as temporary as it may be, should unforeseen evolution emerge.

Interpretation of the 9° Gemini symbolic degree

"A young woman gives a child a glass of water while a boy helps an old man get on his feet."

Intelligent, devoted, and philanthropist character. Life is dedicated to the alleviation of people's physical and moral sufferings. Adoption is possible. This degree sometimes indicates a medical practitioner, a scientist, a priest, or a patron whose name goes down in history.

What is Mercury in Gemini?

Mercury describes your relations, your communication skills and the way you relate to the external world. However, other astrological elements also influence these areas.
The sign Mercury occupies is significant only if Mercury is part of your planetary dominants. In your chart, Mercury is in Gemini.

You need to know everything about the world around you and you probably want to share the results of your observations with everybody. You have a real gift – or desire – to pass on acquisitions and knowledge.
Your inquiring mind is the drive behind your frequent discussions and your exchanges. You prefer to increase the number of your centres of interest rather than to lock yourself up in an exaggerate specialisation.
But don’t lose sight of the essential thing: your thirst for knowledge may scatter your capacities. Diversification also has its dangers… However, your open-mindedness spares you the traps of cultural discrimination: everything is worth your interest, in principle. Rejecting a foreigner may deprive you of enriching discoveries or assessments. Your strength lies in your ability to broaden your horizon and to know.

Mercury Dominant

The Mercurian tradition points out the importance of communication. From idle but enriching chatters to observation gift.
Such a dominant as Mercury in Gemini endows you with a wide range of expression. Human beings have one thousand facets and one thousand masks they wear according to circumstances and the fortunes of the game of life. You take the role of an observer who is avid for novelties, discoveries, and surprises.
Everything catches your attention and becomes an opportunity for new encounters, relationships, and learning. The world amazes you, amuses you sometimes, and stimulates your curiosity. Because the most important thing is to discover, and because you consider that each new situation is packed with potentialities, you try to fill the gaps in your knowledge.
Although your open-mindedness may scatter your centres of interest, it also enables you to carefully avoid sticking to only one immutable and rigid view. The slightest sign enables you to perceive the other side of the coin, as well as the infinite complexity of people and of situations.
On the human plane, you seek the dialogue and the information without which you know that you are not able to fully grasp the nature of your interlocutor. This keen interest in the Unknown sharpens your inter-relational skills. All these qualities are traditionally associated with Mercury.
If Mercury is part of your natal chart's planetary dominants, in astrology, you are said to be a Mercurian.

Interpretation of the 10° Gemini symbolic degree

"Sheltered under a large rock, a group of bohemians gather around a fire for their meal."

Sensual, caring, and anxious character endowed with a strong concern for the family. Short trips and long journeys play an important part in life. Many changes of residence are caused by professional reasons, exile, or widowhood. The family is the source of the greatest fulfilments, as well as of the most painful sorrows. Success can be achieved in travels and tourism, aviation, or sports competitions.

Sun in Gemini

With your outgoing nature and your inquisitive mind, you are made for communications. Your will to process information endows you with a sociable character, a pleasant and often courteous demeanour. Although there is a danger that you may scatter your energy, you focus your attention on each and every novelty.
Your mobile mind works wonders when your activities demand a variety of capacities. Indeed, how is it possible to discover without searching and to be enriched without interacting?

Gemini’s curiosity offers unlimited perspectives. Are you considered to be superficial? When one is researching, one needs to launch experiments with no other goal than to enlarge one’s horizon.

Gemini wants to embrace everything because everything may prove useful. This diversification ability is very helpful in relationships.   Chatting always produces something interesting.
You are always comfortable in any communication position. More than anyone, you can leap at an opportunity subtly suggested during a debate. After several trials, you can also uncover solutions that remained unidentified.
However, although diversification is fine, scattering may be risky. Therefore, it is important for you to limit your field of activities and to focus on the pieces already collected, to standardise and to synthesise them.

Sun Dominant

If the Sun is part of your natal chart's planetary dominants, in astrology, you are said to be a Solarian: You loathe pettiness and Machiavellian manoeuvre, and you are fond of natural nobleness as well as of direct and honest attitudes.
You endeavour to get out of muddled or dark situations as quickly as possible. Your need for transparency may lead you to make cut-and-dried judgements such as yes or no, and black or white. However, your honesty commands your entourage's consideration.
At times, you come across as authoritarian. It is true that you never want to be thought of the notable absentee, and that you manage to make people pay attention to you, as well as to your plans and your assessments. To this end, the Solarian sometimes develops a great talent for placing himself under the spotlight without missing a single opportunity to arouse interest.
Some other Solarians, although more discreet, still manage to be the focus of any debate, even in situations of exclusion. It is your way of being present even though you are actually not there... More than other people, you appreciate the esteem extended to you. It is useless to cheat with you, since in all areas you consider establishing enduring relationships only with those who love you, admire you, respect you, or express some degree of affection to you.
Your will to straighten out your inter-personal relationships is your strength and sometimes, your Achilles' heel. You cannot achieve anything behind the scenes. Therefore, your comportment is marked with heroism, and your stands are devoid of ambiguity, in the sense that your commitments are unfailing, and your rebuffs, final.
Mercury represents communication, logical and rational mind, intellectual skills. Earth is its element, it is cold and dry, and it rules Virgo and Gemini.  It represents tradesmen, lawyers, messengers; the age of Mercury goes from 8 or10 years old to about 15.

Temperament :    Nervous
Characterology :  Emotive, non Active and Primary type or Non-Emotive, Active and Primary, Nervous or Sanguine type.

The Sun represents vitality, individuality, will-power and creative energy and honours. For a woman, it also represents her father, and later her husband. The Sun is one of the most important symbols in the birth chart, as much as the Ascendant, then the Moon (a bit less for a man), the ruler of the Ascendant and the fast-moving planets.
It's element is fire; it is hot and dry, it governs Leo, is in exaltation in Aries and is in analogy with the heart. It represents the boss, authority, beside the father and the husband ; the age of the Sun goes from 20 years old to about 40, following the Venus age when one is aware of his seductive power.
Temperament :   Bilious
Characterology : Emotive, Active, Secondary, passionate type.
