"Acceptance is the key that sets us free"

Feeling accepted by others is a huge part of fitting in and enjoying life.  Having acceptance of yourself and freeing yourself of  the past also helps face the tough days.

Feeling abandoned and neglected though isn't ideal at all.  Not if it brings up a type of emotional pain that burns your soul.  The wounds are inside, the scars are too as is the shame.  It's the shame that initiates the whole damn thing in a vicious cycle.

Some days are always going to be better than others, and fighting this type of loneliness in your soul is emotionally  exhausting.  It's so important to look ahead and not look back in bitterness.  Radical Acceptance on all levels is the only way out of the maze of the past and its painful remnants that cripple a person emotionally.

Arrests, Death and Legacy

During the late 1970's, Biko was arrested four times and detained for several months at a time.  He died on September 12, 1977, from a brain hemorrhage which was later determined to be the result of injuries he had sustained while in police custody.

"Cry Freedom" (Movie) 1987

No man who knows aught, can be so stupid to deny that all men naturally, were born free.
  ..  John Milton  ..

There is no real freedom in a punitive regime
when man made laws hurt so many

The police are used by corporations as if it is their very own private security force, paid for taxpayers  to do their bidding.  It could not be said any longer the Police Service (force) are a public service to protect the community from predators and perpetrators  or to protect the community from the true law breaking and violations to humanity coinciding with cuts to women's services  for support in violent situations and 37 woman have already died just this year alone since these cuts to services to woman and children.

In my opinion this is planned to be this way.  This is not a mistake.  The establishment elite are well aware.

When Freedom is outlawed, only OUTLAWS will be free.

This will be considered to be against the law with changes to the Boycottact.

The Franklins are not Outlaws as such but what they are doing, Prime Minister Abbott is trying to outlaw, therefore they will be technically out laws then.

Once social change begins it can not be reversed. You can not de-educate the person that has learned to read. You can not humiliate the person who feels pride. You can not oppress the people who are not afraid anymore.

~ César Estrada Chávez ~

Learning is infectious too.  The 100th Monkey comes to mind there.  We are living in times of great change once again.  There are very oppressive powers in charge of the entire world.  The people are rising up against this tyranny.

No longer will there be time for sleeping.  The world needs to wake up now!  Rise up Now!  Take back Peace Now!  Act in Love from this moment forward.  Love is the highest vibration there is and its resonance can perform miracles.

So just who was César Estrada Chávez

He was born César Estrada Chávez, locally: [ˈsesaɾ esˈtɾaða ˈtʃaβes]; March 31, 1927 – April 23, 1993.

César was an American farm worker, labor leader and civil rights activist, who, with Dolores Huerta, co-founded the National Farm Workers Association (later the United Farm Workers union, UFW).

A Mexican American, Chavez became the best known Latino American civil rights activist, and was strongly promoted by the American labor movement, which was eager to enroll Hispanic members. His public-relations approach to unionism and aggressive but nonviolent tactics made the farm workers' struggle a moral cause with nationwide support.

By the late 1970s, his tactics had forced growers to recognize the UFW as the bargaining agent for 50,000 field workers in California and Florida. However, by the mid-1980s membership in the UFW had dwindled to around 15,000.

After his death he became a major historical icon for the Latino community, organized labor, and liberal movement, symbolizing support for workers and for Hispanic power based on grass roots organizing and his slogan "Sí, se puede" which is Spanish for "Yes, one can" or, roughly, "Yes, it can be done".

His supporters say his work led to numerous improvements for union laborers. His birthday, March 31, has become Cesar Chavez Day, a state holiday in California, Colorado, and Texas in the USA.

I found this man to be a hero.  If more people could just have such a visionary attitude the world would not be in such a mess.  Too many times it is so easy to see that absolute greed has gotten us all backed into a corner we will not get out of unless we stand up against this oppression.

The oppression we are under is not the classic stuff of text books and libraries of knowledge.  It is occurring at such a slow incremental way as the people become enslaved by hideous debt.

There are days you can see for miles and miles and miles.  The sky does not impede your vision, you see far out into the heavens through the blue of the ozone out further out into the place where life continues for eternity.  Inside of every small space is an even smaller space.  This is why things should always go both ways, because that is what it is like from beginning to end.

"Our minds will not allow us to forget, but our hearts will enable us to forgive."

Pickett Hill ... Valla  NSW

This is a clear case where the heart is definitely in charge of what the body does and how the body responds to what happens to it along the way.  It is kind of interesting how this occurs.  Forgiveness does truly set the person free who has it.  That is a truth.  Unforgiveness and anger ties one up in knots and it hurts more.  It is not for the poor person to be angry or to hate these days at all.

In order to even the odds one has to remain calm amidst the storms and forgive.  Sit in nature and talk to the trees about it.  They understand fully look how their numbers have been depleted through lack of thought.

At times man is not bright.  It is clear to me that the indigenous of each area knew how to work with the earth.  Some how, some where along the way this changed and it was to all of our detriment this occurred.  The image here of Pickett Hill is a special and sacred place and it is a mans space.  But wouldn't you know it,  its been split into land blocks and that cannot be good for the earth around here because that is the sacred place of the Kangaroo in the dreaming!
There is no respect for country in this area of New South Wales.
