I am a free Spirit ... take your pick, love me from the ground with your spirit or take off and fly with me... but don't ever attempt to cage me.

This is my take on freedom.  If you feel and know your totem is a bird of any description you will understand what I am saying here.

 Too many times we wait for others or we stop doing what we are doing because it may not always sit right with other people and we become guarded to our feelings.  This is not good.  Lose this behavior because instead of shutting down, take up the challenge to enliven those near you so they too are flying high and are readily able to see the light.
