Keeps me up at night thinking bout what you're thinking about!

~ Vera Blue ~

Song lyrics reflect feelings.  I have lost count how many times I have said that.  This quote above is from a track called Private by Vera Blue and it is a new track at this point in time of posting. The lyrics tweak my heart. Why? Because I do spend many hours thinking about my kids and how their lives are turning out for them.

Nature Communicating

Humanity is one gigantic living breathing organism.  This entity has become a monster. An understanding of the human body is required.  That there is no boss of the body.  Neither is there a need for there to be a boss of the Earth.

"Hell"
(feat. Santigold) Hell - A$AP ROCKY feat Santigold.

[Verse 1: ASAP Rocky]
We use to wear rugged boots now it's all tailored suits
Audemars Piguets for my criminal recruits
Champagne flutes, bumpin' rhythm and the blues
Partner made bad moves, he might end up in the news
Or end up in the tombs or living in the boondocks
Riding by the rules I'll abide by it soon
See the situation we sophisticated goons
Know you live by the gun then you die by it too
Niggas call me prophecy, swagging and philosophies
White on white wagon call that motherfucker Socrates
Rat ass nigga, fighting for a block of cheese
Catch me out in China stunning yea I'm about my guapanese
My shoe game serious, so serious, What up in these
Nigga's say I'm blessed my bad I forgot to sneeze (achoo)
There your reasons go bitch
I got some tissues for your issues tell 'em blow this

[Hook x2: Santigold]
Make my money walk straight ahead now
They countin' every day down
Waitin' on me long
You know your way? Where you headin' now?
Me I want everything
It won't take me long

[Verse 2: ASAP Rocky]
Roger, roger, tell em roger that
It's the gold teeth, French braids, call me Project Pat
With the stalky cap, face a mask on, probly strapped
It's the Rocky cap, turn my swag on, holla back
Throw a dollar at a biddage, tell er suck my Diddy
Cause they hatin on my clitty, cause we made it when we did it
Hit it cause they didn't

My mama always told me keep your mind on your money
Boy you better pay attention

Ride with the pretty nigga, woopty, no chauffeur
Paint lookin like a drippin smoothy, no coaster
The game if full of posers, big dog bulldozer
Pop up on em like toasters, wake them up like Folgers
Cause heaven need a villain like hell need a newer idol
You could bet the crib and car just renew the title
For now ho pimpin like them do what I do
Smoking killa but my doors still suicidal

[Hook]

[Verse 3: Santigold]
It will hit you on the head
You don't even gotta hit me now babe
Just as sheeps get led
You can see me long gone
How you gonna feel now? You know what they say
Really you know that we don't come how we get down
Knew that was a Rocky ahead
And you don't really what is up
No, you can't get it wrong

* HEAVEN ON EARTH *

(Simon Paul Bennett)©

Do you feel confused by religious views,
or left in the lurch because of the church?
Is the truth a 'man' died when crucified,
so now you're saved; or is that depraved?
Do they hold you down by lying;
heaven's a place found after dying?
Not knowing the mustard seed Jesus taught,
corresponds to a conscious thought;
growing 'big' enough for angels to nest in!
And 'Thy Kingdom come on earth as heaven,'
means try to be a living reflection.......
Of 'light,' from that sublime height;
by acting right and adoring nature,
with a heart and mind that love the Creator!
For that's how you start restoring the flow;
like Hermes said, 'As above, so below.'

Is there anybody out there feeling like I do?

You know that feeling when you feel a song was written with just you in mind.  When you live with PTSD most of your life you get to feeling just like this song says on a regular basis.  Anyways big props to Bliss N Eso for this piece of absolute gold.  I wish I could tell them how much it lifts me to hear these lyrics.  I am just going to think this is a song written and released in perfect time.  In perfect time it say's how I feel when saying how I feel isn't easy.

"Friend Like You"
(feat. Lee Fields)

[Lee Fields:]
My mind is scaring me right now
Somebody shine a little light down
Tell me is there anybody out there
Feeling like I do?
Sing it brother

[Eso:]
Yo, this is a leap of faith
I got heart, you can count on that
It's all mind over matter
When you hit rock bottom you gon' bounce right back
Pick yourself up, dust yourself off
And you start from ground zero
And if you need any help
Just believe in yourself, you are your own hero
Look at your cape in the wind
Everything you do is cinematic
Light speed through time and space
And with a pinch of magic you can rip the fabric
But I guess it all starts with you
'Cause getting here is pretty hard to do
There's pitfalls and brick walls
But when you know there's no spoon
It's pretty hard to lose, yo

[Lee Fields:]
My mind is scaring me right now
Somebody shine a little light down
Tell me is there anybody out there
Feeling like I do, I do?
Well here I am, about to move again
I'm on my knees and I could use my friend
Tell me is there anybody out there
Feeling like I do, I do?

[Bliss:]
One shot, hit the white
8 ball in the pocket, winning right? (Winning)
Well, look at what Charlie did
I can't build my dream in this party bitch 'cause
Life is like a race, but then you get a little pace
And have a fender and you fall and you go trippin' on your lace
This is my life and I don't like to cuss y'all
But everyone here can go politely fuck off
This is what I should do, good voodoo
Hit the surf, it'll put me in a good mood
If I, if I believe I can achieve
Gotta be the best version of me that I can be
So remember, when your thoughts are wild
Only you hold the key to unlock your smile
Do I keep the fight up, best bet I do
It means the world that I found a best friend like you
Come on

[Lee Fields:]
My mind is scaring me right now
Somebody shine a little light down
Tell me is there anybody out there
Feeling like I do, I do?
Well here I am, about to move again
I'm on my knees and I could use my friend
Tell me is there anybody out there
Feeling like I do, I do?
My mind is scaring me right now
Somebody shine a little light down
Tell me is there anybody out there
Feeling like I do, I do?
Well here I am, about to move again
I'm on my knees and I could use my friend
Tell me is there anybody out there
Feeling like I do, I do?

[Lee Fields & Les Brown:]
You will discover some things about yourself that you don't know right now
Speak your mind
What you will realize is
Tell it like it is
What you will realize is that you're more powerful than you can ever imagine
Don't hold back
Sing it brother
Your, your dream, your, your dream
Your, your dream, your, your dream
Sing your song
Your, your dream is possible

Song by BLISS n ESO  Album released March 2017

I've got to dance on the planet tonight, shake my negativity. I'm not too sure if I'm the dream or the dreamer. Either way's OK with me. 'Cos either way, the dream goes on. Space for dance and time for song and a restless sense of wonder keeps me on!

I give you Myself

~ Dom Oakes  ~

I give you Myself
I am not young
I know some things
I am not old
I know something
I have learned a lot
I have a lot to learn
I have felt love
I have left love
I will live
I will die
I have life
I have a life
I will not give up
I will give you myself
I will give myself everything

Competition will result in everyone losing!

hhhh

Life has us falling over each other to be the winners.  I used to think this was all a part of normal life.  It isn't normal. We have been sold a sham.  Life is not a competition.  Life is to grow and to become Love.

~ Thomas Campbell  ~

I hope my children learn this life lesson. It took me a long while to de-construct the make up of love. It is not what we think most of the time. We fall in need .... not love.

For if you [the rulers] suffer your people to be ill-educated, and their manners to be corrupted from their infancy, and then punish them for those crimes to which their first education disposed them, what else is to be concluded from this, but that you first make thieves [and outlaws] and then punish them.

On the Day that I die.

~ John Pavlovit ~

On the day I die a lot will happen.
A lot will change.
The world will be busy.
On the day I die, all the important appointments I made will be left unattended.
The many plans I had yet to complete will remain forever undone.
The calendar that ruled so many of my days will now be irrelevant to me.
All the material things I so chased and guarded and treasured will be left in the hands of others to care for or to discard.
The words of my critics which so burdened me will cease to sting or capture anymore. They will be unable to touch me.
The arguments I believed I’d won here will not serve me or bring me any satisfaction or solace.
All my noisy incoming notifications and texts and calls will go unanswered. Their great urgency will be quieted.
My many nagging regrets will all be resigned to the past, where they should have always been anyway.
Every superficial worry about my body that I ever labored over; about my waistline or hairline or frown lines, will fade away.
My carefully crafted image, the one I worked so hard to shape for others here, will be left to them to complete anyway.
The sterling reputation I once struggled so greatly to maintain will be of little concern for me anymore.
All the small and large anxieties that stole sleep from me each night will be rendered powerless.
The deep and towering mysteries about life and death that so consumed my mind will finally be clarified in a way that they could never be before while I lived.
These things will certainly all be true on the day that I die...
Don’t miss the chance to love, sing and dance while you can.
It’s easy to waste so much daylight in the days before you die.
Don’t let your life be stolen every day by all that you believe matters, because, on the day you die, much of it will fade into obscurity and irrelevance...
Yes, you and I will die one day.
But before that day comes: let us live...

Facebook was awash in quotes yesterday.  Quotes generated by the algorithms churned out by what each of us post on the daily on there about how we feel and our lives and what we think about the world and its societies.   I found mine to be particularly true.

I woke up and thought it would be a pity to lose these into the bowels of Facebook.  I decided here would be an excellent place to keep the one I generated and a few of my friends who ventured to do thus same.  If you want to generate one of your own just click on this link :  http://en.nametests.com/

It reflects your attitude towards life perfectly and shows that you are incredibly Diligent and Nice. You've experienced so much in life already and every challenge you've faced has made you so much stronger.

I was truly surprized by this. I often consider that I have experienced way too much for one tiny body of such short statue and I have always thought it made me stronger as well.    I guess I should believe then.

The reality here is that there is no duck in this beautiful work of a black Persian cat titled 'Love a Duck which is a pastel work by Betsy Shilltott.  Betsy is an Australian artist of the 20th Century.  I often wonder why she name this work this way.  I am sure there is a method to this madness (Aussie saying) and that Betsy had good reason for doing so.

This is something I have been saying for a really long time.  We need to be happy on the least there is in society and then we are not a slave to the economic rubbish thrust at people for profit.  It is sickening.

What really matters, however, is how we can improve ourselves from this moment forward, how we can change the circumstances that we find ourselves in.

Quote from Gustav's Madam Bovary.

I recall when I first read this part of Madam Bovary that it reminded me so much of our situation of getting away and getting way up high.  It was so much like we were the only two people who existed on Earth when we first moved.  Such a precious delirious feeling it was too.
