It is a true statement that we "ourselves", can be our own worst enemy.  We allow ourselves to talk ourselves into hideous situations that are not only unhelpful but sometimes unhealthy  as we justify our various habits which we hang onto like they are our best friends.  

These can be our biggest problem and we never see this, however it is evident to those looking on!  We cannot see the forest for the trees.   Look at the glass half full not half empty, it is a simple choice.

There are always two sides to every coin, story, day, year EVERYTHING.  Look for the sunshine in the rain and realize that you are in the perfect place if you are resonating love to the universe.  If you do this the universe will resonate love back at you and around we all go!
