 If you want to find sunshine and joy you will find it even on the darkest gloomiest days that life presents.   It is an attitude, a state of mind that will lift your body into health because lack of joy is a precursor for Cancer and disease of the body.  It all starts in the mind.

Staying in tune with love simply requires a short walk into the world, say hello to the flowers as they dance for you, they got dressed especially for you today!  Listen to the birds call,  they are telling you that you are beautiful.
