Antimony Processing Highly Toxic Site - URUNGA NSW

I hold an opinion that permission to build a Day Care Centre for Children opposite this site is highly contentious.  My accountability regarding my opinion is these signs posted on the site across the road from the Children's Centre - its not rocket science.   Do parents know?  Are they or have they ever been made aware and signed a disclaimer.  I feel that there are too many tumor clusters close to the area and therefore I deem this centre as risky.
