During the daylight hours our rational mind is in charge... but once we close our eyes and drift off to sleep we are at the mercy of the unconscious mind. The unconscious mind is where our intuition can penetrate through our logical reasoning and impress ideas upon us. Ideas and ways to tackle a problem that in a logical state we would not come up with. This is the higher mind at work here which is tapped into the eternal, the All that the Universe and everything in it and out of it is.
