Mainstream cognitive behavioral therapy assumes that changing maladaptive thinking leads to change in affect and behavior,but recent variants emphasize changes in one's relationship to maladaptive thinking rather than changes in thinking itself. The goal of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is not to diagnose a person with a particular disease, but to look at them as a whole and decide what needs to be fixed. The basic steps in a Cognitive-Behavioral Assessment include
Step 1: Identify critical behaviors
Step 2: Determine whether critical behaviors are excesses or deficits
Step 3: Evaluate critical behaviors for frequency, duration, or intensity (obtain a baseline)
Step 4: If excess, attempt to decrease frequency, duration, or intensity of behaviors; if deficits, attempt to increase behaviors.  Wiki

Jesse was all I had ever dreamed..  What an amazing experience birth is!

Happy Birthday to my Son Jesse... today he is 27 years old and in the next year he will have his Divine Bar Mitzvah as my son is about to experience his Saturn return. This is the time where one comes to terms with taking a more mature role on Earth and with Family and society.  It is a testing time.

This is a concerning time for a mother, especially an awake and aware mother.  Some of our children don't make it as we know, we lose many around this age bracket.  On a spiritual level there is a lot going on above us during this time as we are touched once again by a form of spiritual judgment. First children are born, and relationships change.  It is sometimes a time of great loss as we are pushed to see the new spaces the previous losses create for us.  Old Saturn is a wise old teacher who teaches us at a soul level. 

It is almost as if Saturn is our report card for this great year we call our life.  If we are lucky we see this three times in a lifetime on the souls long journey.   

We all hope to get through our Saturn returns... I am in the middle of my second one now.   Can't believe he let us fade away.  I lay awake and think of him and how much I longed for his entry onto this mortal plane.  I said anything will do - I really meant that at the time too.

So many, many years have passed, I can't do much better than realize my job is over - I birthed his soul and I filled him with love, the rest is his karmic soul journey.   Happy 27th Birthday Jesse, mummy will always love you.  No power on Earth or in the Heavens can make that cease to exist - it is eternal.  I promise I will love you again next life - this issue we share is eons old and we will face it again and again until it is worked out into the light.

 Because everything in our consciousness level is literally spinning although we cannot see this with our field of vision we can accept this fact because quantum physics confirms this fact - therefore we are also subject to the ripple effect.  We can make the ripple or we can be caught in someone elses ripple.  This is the quandary of negotiating life on the mortal plane (Earth) This is the energy that is evident through and through all of everything we know exists and that of things we don't know exist.  I know this because everything contains the same fractals of geometry and is cyclical at all levels.

Some cycles are for instance 25,920 years long signifying the Great Solar Year or the Great Platonic Year  or the Precession of Equinox's retrograding one complete sign.  We have been in Pisces and now we have entered the age of Aquarius in December 2012 when all of the planets aligned.  This happens once every 25,920 years.

Earth's precession was historically called the precession of the equinoxes, because the equinoxes moved westward along the ecliptic relative to the fixed stars, opposite to the yearly motion of the Sun along the ecliptic.
