How could we ever have believed that it was a good idea to grow food with poisons?

Dame Jane Goodall is best known for her study of chimpanzee social and family life. She began studying the Kasakela chimpanzee community in Gombe Stream National Park, Tanzania, in 1960.  She is an activist,  primatologist, ethologist, anthropologist, and UN Messenger of Peace. Jane is correct in her observation that poison and food do not go hand in hand and this should never have begun in the first place.

To see this mess unfold in my lifetime makes me feel like I am drowning from within.
