This adage is so true for so many of us.  We forget about all of those who accept us with all of our bad sides and all of short comings and concentrate only on the negative information we are picking up from a select few.   This has got to be magnetic.   We attract into our lives those people or situations that we don't need if our heart energy is not in the right balance.   Out of the heart flows the river of life and our heart energy will make this river pure or putrid.
