The time I spend alone in the morning awake is precious to me.  I remember when I felt it was a curse and it was unusual.  Now I would not swap this time to another at all.  The stars are shining when I wake and I wait and say goodbye as the sky lightens and turns wonderful colours and the dawn arrives.

This is my special time with the planet and with the great creator spirit.  I feel the life in the dawn and I feel the energy pick up momentum when the sun arrives.
