“Pan Metron Ariston” Translated from GREEK is "Everything in Moderation"

Phillipians 4:5 reads, "Let your moderation be known to all men"

It is debateable these are from the same source as Pan Metron Ariston is a famous well known greek saying.  However, both of these sentences are very wise.

It simply means that you can eat some jelly beans but not eat the entire bag of jelly beans.  We have to watch our addictions to everything because everything that is done out of balance could be termed as an addiction.

There are two ways of spreading light. To be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it

It is all about balance of both of those things and learning to polarize your self towards the good thing and not let the circumstance concern your energy around a situation.

Man is most nearly himself when he achieves the seriousness of a child at play.

Heraclitus was a Philosopher of Ephesus was a pre-Socratic Greek philosopher, a native of the Greek city Ephesus, Ionia, on the coast of Asia Minor. He was of distinguished parentage.

Heraclitus is famous for his insistence on ever-present change in the universe, as stated in the famous saying, "No man ever steps in the same river twice". He believed in the unity of opposites, stating that "the path up and down are one and the same", all existing entities being characterized by pairs of contrary properties.

His cryptic utterance that "all entities come to be in accordance with this Logos" (literally, "word", "reason", or "account") has been the subject of numerous interpretations.

Both have a place in the big scheme of things.  Everything in the universe must be seen as a balance.  I have had a most fertile life and so I asked for peace and quiet and that is what I have now.

What is done in Love is well done.

When you love doing something you become rich in so many ways that are too numerable to write here now.  Rich is not all about wealth of money, its about family and time and enjoyment and satisfaction at the end of each day.

Because I do a fair bit of creative work, and I have such a diverse range of projects I attempt to do a bit on some them each day.  Even if it is just to look at these and rearrange a little  or tidy up the space for the next project.  All of these projects are very good and all very well worth doing.  I love to make things from what others term as junk or rubbish.  It has long been a passion of mine.  I love to see transformation.

I love to use my mind to cause transformation through the transmuting of energies.  Those energies are created by our mind and they are unseen (invisible)  but just because you cannot see it, it doesn't mean that this isn't in existence.   It is there,  if you had to fight your way to the kitchen to get a coffee through these beams if they were solid, invariably you would simply give up because you just would not make it there and back again.   This is just one of the amazing things about the universe in which we live.

Hello Tree's.

The trees are important beings of their own right.  They are to be respected highly for the ultra important job they do for humanity.  There very  existence allowing us to breath oxygen.

I love you trees!   Their "Tree" minds transcend ours in a way only a few understand.  If you stand next to a tree just settle and just allow it to feel you.  The tree is aware you are there always.

They watch you pass under them, looking down on you like you are a tiny creature clambering around and rushing here and there.  Trees have seen it all.  The changes the trees have had to endure is absolutely painful.

Think of this next time you decide to look up and say hello......  to a tree.

Underneath the skin there’s a human, Buried deep within there’s a human, And despite everything I’m still human. But I think I’m dying here.

Daughter . . .

IMG 4904 Montana-Star
Montana-Star's beautiful skin.

Daughter – Human Lyrics
Woken up like an animal
Teeth ready for sinking
My mind’s lost in bleak vision
I tried to escape but keep sinking
Limbs lost to a dead wait steak
Skull cage like a a prison
And he has lost faith to ever see again
So may he once taught of me then

Underneath the skin there’s a human
Buried deep within there’s a human
And despite everything I’m still human

But I think I’m dying here
Waking up like an animal
I’m all ready for healing
My mind’s lost with nightmares streaming
Waking up kicking screaming
Take me out of this place I’m in
Break me out of this shale case I’m in

Underneath the skin there’s a human
Buried deep within there’s a human
And despite everything I’m still human

I think that I’m still human
I think that I’m still human
I think that I’m still human
Underneath the skin there’s a human
Buried deep within there’s a human
And despite everything I’m still human
But I think I’m dying here

I must remember I am not alone, as the unseen forces of spirit and nature are constantly guiding me home.

If I remember this, I will meet the demands life places on me.  Kaypatcha 2013

I am in the Southern Hemisphere of our beautiful planet and so it is that I say Happy Winter Solstice".  Welcome to the returning sun.  This is a very powerful time..  Christmas you could say astrologically speaking.  Its our Christmas or our time to honor the symbol of life and energy never stopping by using a pine tree that is evergreen to do this.

The last few months have been fairly difficult staying balanced with the world circumstances as they are but now Jupiter is  moving out of Gemini and into Cancer.   This is a time of really looking at stuff, there could be an opportunity to move ahead by being still.  It is entirely possible.  I have longed for certain things so desperately so If I let go the universal law says it will come back to me then.  It is time for this now.

I will love the light for it shows me the way, yet I will endure the darkness as it shows me the stars.

Augustine "Og" Mandino II was an American author. He wrote the bestselling book The Greatest Salesman in the World. His books have sold over 50 million copies and have been translated into over twenty-five different languages.    He was born in 1923 and he died in 1996.

"The Greatest Salesman in the World" is a book that serves as a guide to a philosophy of salesmanship, and success, telling the story of Hafid, a poor camel boy who achieves a life of abundance.

Hafid - The main character Hafid is in a sad state, mourning the loss of his wife, Lisha. The story starts years into Hafid’s seclusion, when a dream convinces him to see a stranger that turns up on his doorstep and pulls Hafid out of retirement to embarke on a new adventure: a speaking tour to enlighten others and  including one of his greatest admirers, Patricio-about the principles enclosed in The Ten Scroll.
I read this book in the 1980's spurred on by others who had gleaned some success in their lives after having taken some of Og's principals into their lives.

Actor Matthew McConaughey cited this book as having changed his life.

The book is also recommended by Tariq Jameel, who says that the book should be read by everyone looking for success in their lives

Amity Affliction ... Open Letter:

These words are very moving lyrics and I really feel moved by this particular quite hard edge track that is probably seen as out of character for me.  I have a very eclectic musical taste so its not.   If you are curious, have a listen in here below because to day I have added it to the blog for posterity.

The greatest fear in the world is of the opinions of others. The moment you are unafraid of the crowd you are no longer a sheep, you become a lion. A great roar arises in your heart. The roar of freedom!

This is a time for us all to become ourselves and not poor reflections of others, reflecting what they think and feel.  It is such a time now to rise up and speak your peace.

Our planet is in dire trouble and humankind is responsible for this and we must stop this degradation going any further.  We were in fact born for such a time as this as otherwise we would not be alive now.  We would be not us but some one else.  We are not someone else though and we cannot turn away as though we are.

No matter what happens now, now is the time. It is just like I can hear a cartoon voice inside of me saying "Thunderbirds are go!"

The old Lakota was wise. He knew that man's heart away from nature becomes hard; he knew that lack of respect for growing living things soon led to the lack of respect for humans too.

.....So he kept his youth close to it's softening influence."

Dawns absolute colours while standing near the Flagstaff on the Hill in Urunga.

The idea of nature being 'wild' and an evil adversary to man is a puritan concept, brought to the Americas with the arrival of the well known 'pilgrim'.   It is likewise the puritan ideology which branded the Native American as a savage and pagan.

The very same thing occurred in Australia with the indigenous who were treated so badly and the woman raped and killed and children stolen from mothers and all of this was because they were savages.  So called Christians performing the most inhumane acts on these people in the name of God.

This fact alone leaves Australia with a very dim past indeed.  One to be ashamed of not celebrated on the 26th January each year.

I cringe as Australia Day and Columbus Day are one and the same celebrating GENOCIDE!

"“The half-wise, recognizing the comparative unreality of the Universe, imagine that they may defy its Laws."

Such are vain and presumptuous fools, and they are broken against the rocks and torn asunder by the elements by reason of their folly. The truly wise, knowing the nature of the Universe, use Law against laws; the higher against the lower; and by the Art of Alchemy transmute that which is undesirable into that which is worthy, and thus triumph. Mastery consists not in abnormal dreams, visions and fantastic imaginings or living, but in using the higher forces against the lower–escaping the pains of the lower planes by vibrating on the higher. Transmutation, not presumptuous denial, is the weapon of the Master.”

This is the paradox of the universe .. resulting from the principal of Polarity, which manifests when the "All" begins to create - hearken to it, for it points the difference between half wisdom and wisdom.  Keep your mind ever on the Star, but let your eyes watch over your footsteps, lest you fall into the mire by reason of your upward gaze.

Forgiveness and Love will cause a vibration that nothing can touch.  I have seen this happen many times.  It is as I said,  if I loved Catherine,  and recognized her for who she was, a good woman,   this automatically transmutes the situation into something else.

I must have said this for 2 months everyday,  I said she was a good woman and a good woman would make him accountable.   Pity the kids could not see this for what it is.  That is there learning they must pass through and I cannot do this for them.

Carol Vernon is the local candidate for the electorate of Cowper for the Greens Party.  She is up against Luke Hartsuyker and this is not an easy position to fill although Carol is a worthy opponent for him and I wish her well.  I think Carol is just too nice to mix with that lot -  Politicians that is.
With her is Mick Franklin of Franklin Horses.  These guys are presently organizing a trail ride to Canberra to highlight to Australia that WATER IS OUR MOST PRECIOUS RESOURCE.  They are organizing the ride down the Bi centenial trail in September and are going all the way to Canberra and the parliament house to let them know this.  I wish them all the very best and I am behind this venture 1oo percent.
