The Ocean looked particularly shiny on this morning

 I like this  quote from Psalms and its nice that it is the thirty third psalm.  I believe the writer is depicting the giant underground water basins under the continents of the world.

More of a reason to not touch these with Csg Fracking.  If someone in ancient times said this then it is of some great importance for it to have been included.   There is a message here.
