My thoughts on waking and coming back to this dimension again after sleep and our out of body experiences of dreams and in this state great changes can occur.  You see yourself as how it should be and it manifests because it is light.

Each day as we settle back into our bodies as we wake, our spirit has been off tripping in another dimension ... so remember we are beings of light slowed by gravity and magnetism to a form which is what we see as our bodies (Solid) and the beauty therein as each atom runs to its perfect place in the universe and makes us who we are in such infinitesimal beauty.
