‎"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."

See the sign is missing here in the pic ... I guess council keeps replacing it and it just keeps getting burned as fire wood on the cliff or taken home as a memento / after all who would not like a sign that said " HUNGRY HEAD".   So that is a tiny piece of insanity right there.  What makes them think they will get a different result each time they replace the sign?
