The simple life is a non complicated life. A life where all of the necessities are taken care of because its simple.
Seeing little birds lining up on the railing at dawn was simply delightful.  Finding joy seeing a flower open up and blossom or new shoots on a loved plant, seeing people laugh and smile. Being happy is so important to soothing our weary souls.  We are all weary from many incarnations of into this dimension of suffering and learning.
