For years and years and years our meat came from Perry's Butchers at Mylestom.  It was a sad day when Perry's Butchers were no more.  They sponsored our Soccer club with meat and were always a pleasure to purchase from.  Happy butchers with awesome manners, you never left the shop without  feeling special.   My children loved to go here - the butcher would give them a cold sausage (little boy) to munch on if they wanted while they waited for me to get the meat order. 

Reminiscing again today... Its Montana-Star's 20th Birthday today.  She is with her father and brother and sister for her birthday enjoying herself.  You guessed it ... I am not apart of it.  Kept neatly out of the Baldwin picture. Only Baldwin's allowed is how it looks to me, Montana's grandmother Meg Baldwin said I was never good enough and her son lives by her wishes even in her death.

Because of acts of kindness my birthday was made special by the addition of a dressing gown and ugg boots, a new skirt and a beautiful woolen jumper and a woolen wrap.  What a special day.
So grateful to have these in this chilly weather we live in.
