Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact.

Life is what you make it in Urunga at Sunset.
A find it hard to survive on the money we have but I have a million dollar location that I live in and this is not the first time.  I have lived in many million dollar locations in my life.  I think I am blessed.  Just because I don't own this does not mean it feels any different.  Probably better as more money creates more problems they say.

Happiness resides not in possessions, and not in gold, happiness dwells in the soul.

Humanity has allowed education to channel them towards materialism instead of idealism.  This is not wisdom and it isn't even education.  The learning is not about thinking, it is about remembering infominative text.  That is no longer education.   Education hoarded up for money is evil.

We need to flex our passion muscle and become passionate for life and passionate about the world we live in.  When we are passionate we are enthusiastic and enthusiastic people ask questions and asking questions keeps your brain younger.
Passion (from the Latin verb patere meaning to suffer) is a term applied to a very strong feeling about a person or thing. Passion is an intense emotion, compelling enthusiasm or desire for anything.

My mother said, "To get things Done, you better not mess with Major Tom".

~ David Bowie  ~

Those are lyrics from David Bowie's Ashes to Ashes Song and I think he is discussing the use of the drug heroin.  So, as he said there, his mother said not to mess with this stuff.  If you do there has to be the utmost respect for life.  Especially your own.  The drug is a wonderful painkiller but a killer if you over use it past what is necessary for comfort and to be pain free.

The sorrow which has no vent in tears may make other organs weep.

~ Henry Maudsley ~

IMG 9634 Texsy's Memorial Cross
Brice carrying Texy's cross we erected on the side of the road where she was killed.
Shedding tears has made my body age on the outside.  Shedding tears has saved me. I have cried buckets and buckets of tears for my life I wanted to have and no matter how much I tried I was seemingly thwarted from this due to who I was and where I came from.  Cring has saved my life.
Lynne posted this quote from Maudsley,  I had to post it.  I felt I wanted to honor her in this way.  Thank you Lynne for being such an inspiration even during your sadness.  Thank you.

“When someone is crying, of course, the noble thing to do is to comfort them. But if someone is trying to hide their tears, it may also be noble to pretend you do not notice them.”

Posted by Lynne and re-blogged by myself to make the memory stronger.

R I P Izzy Foreal ( Peter Knox).

Yesterday it was the solistice and I received tragic news.  Izzy Foreal, who was my friend Lynnes partner was found in the Bongil Bongil forest and his life had expired.  I was in a state of shock reading this news.  I gasped out loud - Oh No!!

Izzy was a legend and he and Lynne were an inspiration to me.  I woke today and my first thoughts at this hour were for Lynne and my heart leaped to her heart and my heart wanted to let her heart know we care how she is feeling facing this difficult life situation.

I am HUMAN . . . I am supremely capable of drawing the truth to the top because of the power of my humanity by employing direct meditations to the situation. The situation surrounding this problem has always been BIZARRE so therefore it requires a somewhat bizarre remedy.

Talk with the Grandmothers...
When life is seemingly not going how you think and we want to hurry things up I suppose it helps to realize there is a bigger picture going on around us and nothing is by mistake.  It is a cool breath of style when you rise above this and begin to feel a little less panicky.

Sitting alone with the ancestors and listening for the answers in the peace and the quiet is a beautiful moment in time,  this is what I do as often as I can, sit quietly around the fire and wait for the answers to come.

"Men reject their prophets and slay them, but they love their martyrs and honor those they have slain."

~ Fyodor Dostoyevsky ~

IMG 2741 Gloucester Chill Out Festiva

It is very clear that turning up at a protest situation after leaving a hospital bed and having a collapsed lung is explicit martyrdom in action, especially given there was abject pressure to smoke cigarettes with the collapsed lung at this action - that part alone was truly amazing.

I think the government are wasting their time with their anti smoking campaigns.  If one can smoke cigarettes two days into having a collapsed lung then what is all the hoo har about?

"I'm here to plant a seed today. A seed that will help inspire you to go forward in your life with enthusiastic hearts and a clear sense of wholeness. The question is. will that seed have a chance to take root or will I be sued by Monsanto?"

They are making laws to make it illegal to collect your own seed,  they say its things like diseases but really it is about control and we all know it.  We have to stop going along with it though.

“But this discourse, expressed in our paternal language, keeps clear the meaning of its words. The very quality of speech and of the Egyptian words have in themselves the energy of the object they speak of.

~ Hermes Trismegistus ~

Mary's Chart
Therefore, my king, in so far as you have the power (who are all powerful), keep the discourse uninterpreted, lest mysteries of such greatness come to the Greeks, lest the extravagant, flaccid and (as it were) dandified Greek idiom extinguish something stately and concise, the energetic idiom of usage. For the Greeks have empty speeches, O king, that are energetic only in what they demonstrate, and this is the philosophy of the Greeks, an inane foolosophy of speeches. We, by contrast, use not speeches but sounds that are full of action. (Chapter XVI)” From the Hermetica

“If then you do not make yourself equal to God, you cannot apprehend God; for like is known by like.

~ Hermes Trismegistus ~

IMG 9002
Monarch Butterfly who spent the day with us on the South Lismore Plateau

Leap clear of all that is corporeal, and make yourself grown to a like expanse with that greatness which is beyond all measure; rise above all time and become eternal; then you will apprehend God.

Think that for you too nothing is impossible; deem that you too are immortal, and that you are able to grasp all things in your thought, to know every craft and science; find your home in the haunts of every living creature; make yourself higher than all heights and lower than all depths; bring together in yourself all opposites of quality, heat and cold, dryness and fluidity; think that you are everywhere at once, on land, at sea, in heaven; think that you are not yet begotten, that you are in the womb, that you are young, that you are old, that you have died, that you are in the world beyond the grave; grasp in your thought all of this at once, all times and places, all substances and qualities and magnitudes together; then you can apprehend God.

But if you shut up your soul in your body, and abase yourself, and say “I know nothing, I can do nothing; I am afraid of earth and sea, I cannot mount to heaven; I know not what I was, nor what I shall be,” then what have you to do with God?”
