 A find it hard to survive on the money we have but I have a million dollar location that I live in and this is not the first time.  I have lived in many million dollar locations in my life.  I think I am blessed.  Just because I don't own this does not mean it feels any different.  Probably better as more money creates more problems they say.

Those are lyrics from David Bowie's Ashes to Ashes Song and I think he is discussing the use of the drug heroin.  So, as he said there, his mother said not to mess with this stuff.  If you do there has to be the utmost respect for life.  Especially your own.  The drug is a wonderful painkiller but a killer if you over use it past what is necessary for comfort and to be pain free.

Shedding tears has made my body age on the outside.  Shedding tears has saved me. I have cried buckets and buckets of tears for my life I wanted to have and no matter how much I tried I was seemingly thwarted from this due to who I was and where I came from.  Cring has saved my life.

R I P Izzy Foreal ( Peter Knox). 

Yesterday it was the solistice and I received tragic news.  Izzy Foreal, who was my friend Lynnes partner was found in the Bongil Bongil forest and his life had expired.  I was in a state of shock reading this news.  I gasped out loud - Oh No!!

Izzy was a legend and he and Lynne were an inspiration to me.  I woke today and my first thoughts at this hour were for Lynne and my heart leaped to her heart and my heart wanted to let her heart know we care how she is feeling facing this difficult life situation.

When life is seemingly not going how you think and we want to hurry things up I suppose it helps to realize there is a bigger picture going on around us and nothing is by mistake.  It is a cool breath of style when you rise above this and begin to feel a little less panicky.

It is very clear that turning up at a protest situation after leaving a hospital bed and having a collapsed lung is explicit martyrdom in action, especially given there was abject pressure to smoke cigarettes with the collapsed lung at this action - that part alone was truly amazing. 

I think the government are wasting their time with their anti smoking campaigns.  If one can smoke cigarettes two days into having a collapsed lung then what is all the hoo har about?

Gunnedah Grandmothers on Sorry Day in Sydney

These woman spoke about the pain of not knowing where children have gone and losing them forever and the pain and sadness they face on a daily basis.  These woman are so strong even though they think they are fragile.  They have been to hells door and they are still fighting.

 The campers at Redfern at the Sovereign Embassy Fire were very happy to be there to help and there were totally aware that comfort was a state of mind and that their fight was for a greater happiness for all people of this land and not just themselves.  It was a pleasure to be with them all.
