“Most people who go to bed hungry, both in rich and in poor countries, do so in places where markets are filled with food that they cannot have.

~ David Korten ~

nO.3 C 184.1 Macksville Supermarket
Woolworths is expensive.
I know what it is like to go without, we go with out a lot to make sure we have food to eat on a regular basis.   It is crazy how much things cost in Woolworths and Coles supermarkets, and the quality is not great.   Aldi prices are more affordable and I can budget well shopping there regularly.

“For years, humans have tried to conquer nature, but in doing so, they themselves became conquered. They lost their connection with the earth. They destroyed the land they were tilling. In Buddhist belief, there are no pesticides, no bad insects, no good ones. There is only imbalance in the world. We must restore that balance.”

Sitting at the Beach I tend to learn a great deal.

It is said that the trees know we are there when we are close to them.   I have also heard that plants are there to teach us things.   Both of these scenarios are very deep and very beautiful.

~ Aimee Mullins ~

A broken heart can kill you.  So, it is more than just a disability.  It is an enemy to overcome.   It is fighting your very self because of your own brokenness.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”

~  Maya Angelou ~

Me pregnant with Jesse #1
Pregnant with Jesse in 1988.
Being a mother is an untold story that was inside of me,  and now I have no voice and I am not seen as a mother like others are seen as.   When you fail at your children you fail at life and this is how I feel.   Paul Rogers knew this though and there was no reason for any of this to have happened.

I feel for my children and their state of well being because I fear that my children that have made these serious mistakes will not live this one down ever.

“Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality.”

If the mans alright the world is alright and if the world is alright the man is alright.
If you have a sheet of paper and on one side is a world map and on the other a picture of the man.   Then if this sheet of paper was ripped to little pieces you would be able to complete the world map by looking at the picture of the man of the other side,  it is all relative.

Contemplate this beauty in Urunga at Dawn
I have no problem with seeing the beauty of the earth because I know first hand how the beauty of nature has saved my life from seeming like a complete waste of time.   I take my heart to the mother of us all and lay my heart down for nature to give me answers and trust me, they do come and this happens because I trust it to be the way it is.   This is the difference.

“The soil is the condition for the regeneration of nature’s and society’s life. The renewal of society entails preserving the soil’s integrity; it entails treating the soil as sacred.” ~ Vandana Shiva ~

Beans growing in my Garden in Urunga.
Why don't people understand this simple fact.   The majority do not understand the connection we have to the planet via the resonance and vibration and mental energy that holds all of this together in the mind of the All.

It is similar to when we dream of making something and we go over the plans for this in our mind and explore in our imagination how we will go about what we are considering.

We see it take place using mental energy first and in the same way this is how life is for eternity.    Something holds all the atoms together and that something is gravity and magnetism and the eternal laws of Truth.

May we never confuse honest dissent with disloyal subversion. ~ Dwight D. Eisenhower ~

The need for me to try to control my circumstances when I fear that my life is threatened is more than just a whim, it is par for the course of being who I am.   I simply cannot be quiet about it because being quiet has hurt me so desperately.

Always speak out when things are not as you think they should be.   Your intuition is always right.   If you think you should act then you are probably correct to do so.

The Alchemy of Love

~  Rumi  ~

IMG 7396 Shelby
Love of Flowers and Innocence

You come to us
from another world

From beyond the stars
and void of space.
Transcendent, Pure,
Of unimaginable beauty,
Bringing with you
the essence of love

You transform all
who are touched by you.
Mundane concerns,
troubles, and sorrows
dissolve in your presence,
Bringing joy
to ruler and ruled
To peasant and king

You bewilder us
with your grace.
All evils
transform into
goodness.

You are the master alchemist.

You light the fire of love
in earth and sky
in heart and soul
of every being.

Through your love
existence and nonexistence merge.
All opposites unite.
All that is profane
becomes sacred again.

O' day, arise! shine your light , the atoms are dancing

~  Rumi  ~

IMG 3314.3

Thanks to Him the universe is dancing,
overcome with ecstasy , free from body and mind

I'll whisper in your ear where their dance is leading them.

All the atoms in the air and in the desert are dancing ,
puzzled and drunken to the ray of light,
they seem insane.

All these atoms are not so different than we are,
happy or miserable,
perplexed and bewildered

We are all beings in the ray of light from the Beloved,
nothing can be said.

Don't miss your chance at change it could lead to the biggest transformation of your life.

~ Wendy Murphy ~

IMG 7383 Mono and John

I have to see the opportunity that is  before me inside of all of all of this sadness.  How do you do that?  I am not sure I know how.  All I can do is try to navigate the days without falling apart emotionally.   It is like I am fighting human nature and this is crazy stuff.

How much grief can a human endure?  Is there a level or scale created?  It is just madness to try to think there is an end to this,  reality tells me anything is possible but gee all these years wasted hey and it is never coming back is it!

I know this is true,  I just wish I had the chance to love my children.   I don't seem to have a tangible place in any of their lives.  This must mean something big happened hey.   I never wanted to miss them this much,  its like a death with out a funeral.

"I raise up my voice - not so that I can shout, but so that those without a voice can be heard." Malala Yousafzai

Urunga at Dawn is my favorite time of the day.

I wanted to be someone who could speak out for others who found it hard to speak.    I realize now that  I was kidding myself.

Caring about other people is what others  do.   My family disowned me for caring too much.  I am very confused with the outcome really and have no qualms if certain folk meet with their karma in my lifetime.   Roger that.

I have decided to finish up radio for a while.  I think my son listened one time,  I wanted my children to be proud of me.   Far too many years have passed now for it to matter any more.    I think I should try to find a way to stop caring.  I am not sure how to do this but I know I must.   Continuing to care as much as I do is very destructive to my physical and emotional health.

Some days are just too hard.   I want to understand this.  I want to know why and how?  Surely I deserve the truth.  I know I do but others say I am not worth even the truth, why are they so cruel.  Do they realize they are cockroaches and are gonna be crushed?

The word 'happiness' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.

~ Carl Gustav Jung ~

IMG 7184 At Pilliga

This is the law of polarity in action because there is always two sides to the coin and this is not just some throw away comment.  It is really true.  For if a person can have great capacity for sadness they also have great capacity for joy.   The pendulum swings, nothing rests, everything is in constant motion.   That is called our emotion!

Negative thoughts and emotions obstruct our most basic aspiration to be happy and avoid suffering.

~  His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama  ~

IMG 7323
Pilliga - Western NSW
The damage from all of the different  mining and farming out west leaves me feeling really sad.   I have to look at the beauty that is left to be able to withstand the pain I feel in my soul at the degradation that is occurring.

I think about my children who I never see,  this is also not a good exercise for me in general as it never really ends well.   I simply cry and wonder will I ever get to hold them again before I die.

Its hard when others advice for this is to simply "get over it".  How does a mother get over her children?   If you have any answers, I welcome your input.

I am not sure if I agree with Aristotle here, it may have been alright in the contemporary times in which he lived, today though it is an impotent system and it is a dialectic false choice.
